White Paper

Today sees the launch of ‘The Future of Mobile Recruitment’  Whitepaper, published by AllTheTopBananas and Jobsite. The whitepaper was written from a roundtable event attended by leading brands in the Mobile space, including Google, Microsoft and Reuters.

The report details why mobile should be a core part of any businesses recruitment strategy, and with 2010 being heralded as the ‘year of the mobile’, there is a certainly a sense that anyone considering adopting a mobile strategy should do so sooner rather than later.

One of the fantastic statistics brought out from the paper is that Jobsite have seen an incredible increase to their traffic via mobile- increasing by 390% between Jan 09 and Apr 10!

If you haven’t already had a read, you can access the whitepaper via our site MoRecNews or from Jobsite.

Also worth checking out is a great article published today surrounding mobile in recruitment by Sue Weekes at Recruiter. While I agree that there may have been a few ‘false dawns’ on the mobile scene in the past, Mobile Recruiting is most definitely here, and it is a very exciting time indeed for those involved and those about to get involved.

So please feel free to comment on the whitepaper and share your views on mobile all across the site, let the debate continue!
